Master the art of tempura at Sakura cook during a 2-hour class. Understand the steps to making dashi (traditional Japanese stock), which is used as a base for soup and dipping sauce. Then make 6 types of tempura. Presentation is important in Japanese culture, so learn to set in an artful way, then enjoy your meal.

At the beginning of this class, wear original Kimono style apron and the class starts at making traditional Japanese soup stock, Dashi. Your instructor guides you step by step how to make savory Dashi and tips of making beautiful soup.
Next, kitchen knives and chopping boards will be provided to each participant to prepare the ingredients of tempura. In this experience, you make 4 kinds of vegetables tempura and 2 kinds of fish tempura including one big shrimp!
